Once a purchase is made, we personally confirm every order via email before your item is crafted to ensure all the details are correct. 

If you want to alter the design after ordering, please call (416) 587-8385 or email azia@foreverring.ca at the earliest. While all sales are final, we will work to accommodate change requests whenever possible. Charges may apply depending on the nature of the request.

We always recommend a consultation prior to ordering via phone, Zoom or in-person. Please book online under Consultations.

Please note the our production timeline is a date range (usually 4-6 weeks). If you need your ring for a specific date, please contact us prior to ordering so we can confirm if it is possible. Various factors influence if an item will be ready closer to 4 weeks or 6 weeks. If you inform us sometime after purchasing, it may not be possible to accommodate the request. 

Loose Diamond Purchases                                                                                                                                    Please book a consultation (virtual or in-person) and let us do the searching for you. Our team will provide diamond search assistance, macro videos, certificates, and competitive pricing. If you book an in-person consultation, you can try on a wide range of demo stones to narrow down the lab diamond search. All sales are final.
