Forever Ring Warranty

At Forever Ring, we are committed to providing exceptional quality and outstanding customer service. Our free manufacturing warranty ensures that your item is received in perfect condition free of manufacturing defects. And, it includes a free resizing within 60 days of receipt/shipping for customers located within Canada.

• Free inspection: We’ll evaluate your jewelry at no charge. If there is a manufacturing issue, we will replace or repair the item at no cost to you. 
  
• Free resizing:  Customers located in Canada enjoy a complimentary resizing within 60 days of receipt/shipping to ensure your ring is a perfect fit. Please book a drop-off appointment online and bring the wearer for sizing. Canadian customers outside of Toronto should contact us for guidance. White gold rings will also be re-dipped at no additional charge. When your item is resized, it will be cleaned at no additional charge.

Warranty Exclusions:

• Loss, theft, misuse, abuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications/repairs by another jeweler, unless prior approval has been given.
• Normal wear and tear is not covered in your free Manufacturing Warranty. We recommend having your rings inspected and prongs tightened at least once a year.

Warranty Registration Process

The warranty belongs to the purchaser. To take advantage of the warranty, please register the warranty within 30 days of receiving your purchased item by clicking here. Please note that the warranty is non-transferable. 

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Warranty claims can be made by the purchaser. To make a claim, please email us with information that allows us to identify your order. This could be:

• Your order number or purchaser's full name 
• The warranty ID number from your warranty card
• A copy of the sales receipt.
