Forever Ring Warranty

Forever Ring offers a complimentary warranty on all our made-to-order jewelry. This warranty covers verified manufacturing issues related to the original craftsmanship of the piece within the first year.

Warranty Registration Process: The warranty must be registered within 60 days of receiving your item, whether shipped or picked up in person. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Please register here.

What's Covered: The warranty covers issues arising from the original manufacturing process, as determined by inspection. If a manufacturing issue is confirmed, Forever Ring will repair or replace the item at our discretion at no cost to the original purchaser.

The warranty does not cover: This warranty does not cover wear and tear, prongs, damage, unauthorized repairs or modifications by another jeweler, or issues resulting from lack of maintenance/improper storage. 

How to make a claim: Claims must be submitted by the original purchaser via email.  Please send a photo of the concern so we can review and advise on next steps. 

Complimentary Resizing (Canada Only): Purchasers located within Canada who have registered their warranty are eligible for one complimentary resize within 60 days. Customers are responsible for shipping their item to Forever Ring via FedEx with a direct signature, or booking a drop-off appointment to drop off in person. Once resizing is complete, the item will be shipped via FedEx free of charge within Canada or it can be picked up.
