Forever Ring Warranty

At Forever Ring, we are committed to providing exceptional quality and outstanding customer service. Our free manufacturing warranty ensures that your item is received in perfect condition free of manufacturing defects. And, it includes a free resizing within 60 days of receipt/shipping.

 Included in the Free Manufacturing Warranty:
  • Free inspection: We’ll evaluate your jewelry at no charge. If there is a manufacturing issue, we will replace or repair the item at no cost to you. 
  • Free resizing: Enjoy a complimentary resizing within 60 days of receipt/shipping. to ensure your ring is a perfect fit. Please book a drop-off appointment online and bring the wearer for sizing. If you are not local to Toronto, please contact us for guidance. White gold rings will also be re-dipped at no additional charge. When your item is resized, it will be cleaned at no additional charge.

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Loss, theft, misuse, abuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications/repairs by another jeweler, unless prior approval has been given.
  • Normal wear and tear is not covered in your free Manufacturing Warranty. We recommend having your rings inspected and prongs tightened at least once a year (unless advised more frequently). 

Warranty Registration Process

The warranty is to be registered by the purchaser. To take advantage of the warranty, please register the warranty within 30 days of receiving your purchased item by clicking here. Please note that the warranty is non-transferable. 

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Warranty claims can be made by the purchaser. To make a claim, please email azia@foreverring.ca with information that allows us to identify your order. This could be:

  • Your full name and/or order number
  • The warranty ID number from your warranty card
  • A copy of the sales receipt.

If you are located in or near Toronto, please book a drop-off appointment. It you are located outside of Toronto, please contact us for the secure returns address, ship your item via FedEx to us, and share the tracking number with us. Will ship it back to you free of charge.


    Insuring Your Engagement Ring

    Last but not least. A free warranty is a great start. So, is maintaining your jewelry with annual inspections. But, insurance often covers against theft, accidental loss, and even stone loss. You've spent valuable time and energy creating the symbol of your commitment. Coverage is inexpensive and invaluable. Contact your insurance provider or banking institution for more information.
